Hi, My name is Jarrod Rathjen, I’m 23 years old and studied multimedia at Monash University, after sometime in the ‘real world’ I went backpacking around Europe for 3 months, a truly amazing experience. I enjoy all parts of media, however front end web development, clean XHTML + CSS, clever content management systems and web standards are my favorite areas. I’m a keen member of pixelBloom, love sport - tennis and AFL mostly, and enjoy good music. Have fun looking around the site!

I was born in October, I like laying on luscious green grass and I play lots of sport. I’m from Shepparton in Victoria but am now living in Melbourne. I have a keen interested in business, follow the Richmond tigers, love jumping off cliffs into water, jumping in general and I don’t like waking up early. I love tennis.

About My Work
I’m an enthusiastic all-round media guy who likes to mingle with all parts of multimedia. I really enjoy building websites from scratch, jumping into a XHTML and CSS file and chasing pixel perfect replicas of a design using the latest techniques - whilst keeping in mind usability, ease of updates to the site, as well as producing search engine friendly code.
After using the <p> and <div> tags, I do like to film and tweak footage in After Effects and Premiere. Please grab my resume below.
